What is the best job in the CIA or United Nations that lets me travel abroad frequently?

I want to live in the United States, but also travel to Europe at least 5-8 times a year. What is the best Government job that would let me do this? I am pretty good with languages, and am fluent in 3. Any opportunities for me?

The government already has too many civil servants who look at their jobs as a means to acquire personal perquisites, instead of focusing on civic responsibility.  Unless you think in terms of "It's not just a job, it's a way to serve your country," then perhaps you should look at Flight Attendant positions, instead.

I believe that the CIA recruits at colleges. You might check with your college recruitment center to see if you can interview as an alumni. I'm unclear about how you might apply to the United Nations.

Often for these types of government jobs, you don't apply for them, they seek you out. They may send you a slightly strange email or a slightly odd phone message. If you figure out what's up, they will continue the recruitment process with you.

Before you join, I suggest you carefully read Noam Chomsky to understand what's really going on behind the scenes. US foreign policy is not at all what it appears to be on the major networks. It's best to be fully informed before you join. You should know that the CIA has been involved in the destabilization of governments around the world since WWII.

Often the US will use force and the threat of force rather than diplomacy.

you could try for the state department and assist an ambassador or something. little safer than for the CIA and probably more effective than the UN
