The BEST over the counter tooth whitening systemis Crest White Strips... hands down. We even sell them in our dental office (professional strength). The active ingredient in a teeth whitener is Carbamide Peroxide (not hydrogen peroxidde, many confuse the two). So you can get Crest White STrips... they have the best. Look for the percentage of Carbamide Peroxide and get the one that has the highest percentage. I beleive Crest White Strips is the highest available. :)
