What is the best kind of camcorder for me?

I'm planning on buying a camcorder. But there are so many options that I'm lost. What type should I look at? MiniDV, MiniDVD, or flash memory (is this a flash/thumbdrive?) I've been told that I should focus on the flash memory since the others will soon be obsolute but I'm still not sure.

My budget is tight. I can spend $300 at most on this so I need help to get the most for my money.

Shaky hands run in my family so I'm thinking I'll need one with an image stabalizer.

Since I'll be using it inside just as much as I use it outside (if not more) I need a camcorder where the picture won't be grainy in low light (indoors)

I'll be using this camcorder for quite a while (I'm too poor to buy another) so I need one that will be able to last without breaking down.

And of course I want one with good picture and sound.

I work at walmart so if possible I'd like to find one there so I can use my 10% discount but its not absolutely necessary.
