What is the best kind of eyeshadow ?

i need a silver glittery kind of eyeshadow and i need it to be small with only that color if possible. and i need it to be good and for like $5 or less and im going to ulta today so thats probably where ill buy it or maybe from wallmart or something. can you tell me what kind i should buy, how much it will cost and if i can find it at ulta.
