What is the best kind of fish food to feed to my gold fish?

I use flakes, peas, vegetable, fruits, bloodworm, mosquito larvae, boiled potato, brine shrimp, bread, bread crumbs.

i use topfin goldfish flakes. or you can use bloddworms as a treat.

The best goldfish diet :

Goldfish pellets(staple, once a day)

High quality tropical flake food(staple, once a day)

Spirulina flakes( every2-3 days)

Bloodworms/brine shrimp/tubifex, whichever you want(once a week)

Blanched peas(weekly, good for reducing risk of swim bladder disease)
