Impatients and azaleas .They grow well in the ground or pots and don't require much sun , just water regularly to keep them moist They're very forgiven if you don't know much about gardening .Good luck!

Question is too broad and that means there are too many answers. Tell us about the garden is it shade or full sun. How is the soil is it bad soil or good soil. How much maintenance do you want to do. How much rain do you get in your area? How long is your growing season. Do you want the flowers to come back every year (perennials) or do you mind replanting them every year (annuals). See so its like asking a chef what is the best food to eat? He will ask you for dinner for dessert for lunch low calorie low fat etc etc. So the short of it is we can't answer the question when you don't even know what to ask???
