What is the best kind of haircut for short women?

I am 5'1 round face with big cheeks ( not fat though, im athletic), I have had long hair for most of my teen years, now i'm almost 20 and want to have a more sophisticated look but still longish. I usually go for styles like jessica alba.

i would personally go for a bob if you have a roundish face. but if you want long, try side bangs and layers
