CoverGirl Lash Blast and Max Factor Volume Couture are the best mascaras out there.  They both have the rubber brush and a formula that goes on smooth no matter how old the mascara is.  The Lash Blash has a really fat brush that bothers some people.  I don't mind it, but if you think it will bug you, get the Max Factor.  It's basically the same formula but with a normal size brush.

My mom uses CoverGirl Waterproof Professional mascara and it is really cheap!!! This is not the best advise, but it works to give fuller lashes.

I agree, fiberwig is great for length as you can keep on building and building the mascara without it clumping to get it as long as you want!  Does not add much volume at all though. :/
