  1. >> What is the best kind of oil

The best KIND is always FULL SYNTHETIC.  The exact viscosity is always what the factory manual recommends.

You probably do NOT need full synthetic if you change your oil regularly.

    good Luck...

  2. SYNTHETIC is the best made.... as for what kind that is what ever you want to use just once you start with a brand its best you stay with that brand .. dont mix it is best but only if you have to case... if you look on the engine you should see what weight to use and  in your owner manual as for the brand everyone wil lhave their brand they like when really they are all about the same ive been driving 40 yrs and have yet to see any one any better than the other

  3. Oil quality today is about the same with any brand you buy.  You need to determine viscosity by the type of driving you do and the climate you live in.  You owners manual should list the recommended viscosity's for different driving requirements.

  4. I have a 2000 Dodge Stratus.  I have used Trop Artic Oil in it since I bought it new.  I have over 160,000 miles on it and haven't had any trouble at all.  I have the oil changed reg.

I don't know it that is the best, but it has really worked great for me.
