What is the best kind of paint to use in a Exterior Hotel lobby, Has a lot of use everyday.?

There is allready some paint on there but it is chipping, we painted it all in october of last year. Not even a whole year. We added some kind of sand like material to it to make it skid resistance but this did not help. What is the Exact type of paint that is cheap, long lasting, exterior, and skid resistance

The Cheap part is to leave it alone.  The Expensive part is to buy Epoxy paint and redo the whole lobby.  $40. a gal.  U might have to sand blast to remove existing paint...since u already screwed it up. Or use the nasty smell paint remover and scrape away.  Another option is do Marble or tiles.  The non skid type.  Cha Ching $

if it is already chipping, you probably did not do enough prep work, or it was just cheap paint.  First you have to take off all the old paint down to concrete.  acid wash the concrete, and paint with an epoxy floor paint, add sand like before.  unfortunately, cheap and long lasting don't often go together.  go to a home store and look for garage floor or porch paint.
