  1. if u r 5 ft and 1 in then u could use a minimum of about 6.5ft surfboard cause I'm 5ft and I'm 12 and i also have a 6.8 ft. surfboard and the reason i told u to use a minimum of 6.5 is cause u should want to have room to grow. Also the board i have can hold up to about 180 lbs. and your about 100lbs. lighter.

If u didn't know my surfboard is a short board and the reason i am starting out with a short board is cause it turns more sharply. If u r a beginner then it would be easier to start with a long board but i am (just now) learning to surf so i am with u !!!!

  2. What you should try yo do is buy a cheap board.. make sure that the nose of your board comes up to the bottom of your chin... and just a tip to get you started.. practice your "pop ups" on the sand first

  3. Mabey body boarding .

  4. well, I surf and I was a beginner but now i am pretty good, i think if you are just beginning then you shoud get a liquid shredder.  It is a soft board made for biginners and i love mine!  For height, i like short boards which make you go fast, but long boards are way easier and make you ride smoother.  so i reccomend a 7'5 or 6'4.  6'4 for a bit harder and faster and 7'5 for easier and smoother.

  5. try street surfing

  6. you don't sound like a surfer you sound like a buggi boarded! take lessons before you buy a board you may not like and if you want to know which board you should get. you should get a short board a long board is too complicated for you to control
