What is the best laptop for gaming?

Anyway what is the best laptop for gaming. I want it to be available in Canada. Also is there any drawback to gaming on a laptop?

Gaming plus laptop equals don't. The only laptops that perform credibly in today's games weigh about ten pounds, have whining fans, kick off ball-withering amounts of heat, and don't run more than ninety minutes on a charge. They also tend to start at about 2,000 dollars! Anything less, sadly, will have something feeble like an 8400GS or 8600GS. There's a few somewhat tameable machines that have something like a 9600GT mobile editon, but they're the exceptions, and they're still pretty costly. I suggest you build or buy a powerful desktop, and buy a really cheap and simple laptop for on the go needs.
