depends on what you want to spend. absolute undisputed BEST? that would be ALIENWARE. though at minimum you'll spend 1,700 there.

personally i think the dell inspiration 1525 i have it. its amazingly quick has a built in webcam and voice recorder and has the new software vista and its around ÃƒÂ‚Ã‚Â£400.00 its great value and can get it in all different colours go for it
