What is the best leave in conditioner?

i have long, naturally loose wavy hair that is generally pretty normal. not dry or oily or anything. just normal and manageable. i like to wash my hair with baby shampoo and follow with a small amount of light leave in conditioner. what is your favorite leave in conditioner ?? i dont mind salon or drug store, it doesnt matter to me. i just want the best leave in that makes hair soft and shiny.

ummm, its toatally GARNIER FRUCTIS LENGTH AND STRENGTH   its perfect for long hair and defenitly makes it more straight. =)  it helps repair split ends fragile or hard to grow hair and it makes it WAY more healthy looking. the results r this: it nourishes the hair from root to tip :it works inside the hair strands to strengthen them:it smoothes hair up 98% better than the other producs =)
