What is the best lip plumper?

I have thin lips especially my top one. I'm looking for a good lip plumper that can actually work. If anyone knows any good product I please let me know.

i love covergirl's lip plumper glosses...they come in so many colours and shimmers! it's in a silver tube. also amazemint by maybelline is an awesome one that freshens breath too! =)
