revlon colorstay is BY FAR the Best that i have EVER tried. its about $7 and i have tried many liquid liners. trust me this is the best.

Lacombe is the best eyeliner you can buy.  It is expensive and I don't know how much it is but you can buy it at the department stores.

well i use F.Y.I. or mac F.Y.I. is around $12.00 and mac is around $15.00

This eyeliner by Prestige which is at Walgreens is great. I'll also suggest Revlon Black Shimmer Liquid Liner. Both go on smoothly and last a long time [both on your eyes and you can wear it for a long time!]
