  1. With mild acne, no makeup except an oil free spf for you. Foundation will only clog your pores and make it worse. You will need to find a good cleanser and toner first, to clear up acne. Try St. Ives Elements Olive Cleanser.

I saw that cleanser online and since it got really good reviews, I decided to try it. And it cleared up most of my acne within 2 week's use.

  2. When I was still a teenager, my Dermatologist used to highly recommend that I use hypoallergenic brands that won't add more problems to teen acne problems. I used Almay and I always used a good brand of skin care products to keep my face clear and fresh looking. I would try a non-oily moisturizer simply because it helps makeup go on better, then follow-up with the shade of Almay makeup that is the closest to your natural skin color.

Try blending your dotted on makeup with a damp sponge so you don't have to use as much product.  I would also highly recommend that you buy the oil absorbing tissues to blot your t-zone and any extra oil from your face, especially since you are an athlete.

I used Almay or Neutrogena products on my face, but since then, the line of Physician's Formula Mineral Wear has come

out. It is another good brand that my very good Dermatologist recommended to me. But the most important thing that you need to remember is to never sleep in your makeup. Please take all of it off every night before you go to bed or if you can, as soon as you get home from school, if you are in for the night.

All of the brands that I mentioned are easy on both teenage or

adult skin and both Almay and Neutrogena brands have a bunch of different products for all skin types.

The last thing I want to mention is Neutrogena Ultra-Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF70. This is an absolute must for fair-skinned teens to help keep the burning rays of the sun from damaging your skin. I always use it when I leave the house, even now, and if I don't wear make-up on top of it. All of this is reasonably priced, much more so than Clinique. I also tried Clinique when I was young and while I really didn't have a big problem using it, I was also under the care of a very highly recommeded Dermatologist that put me on oral antibiotics plus I had a prescription antibiotic lotion in a bottle to apply to my freshly washed face which helped eliminate a lot of oil as well as bacteria. The sunblock is the first thing you put on your

face, then if you can use it, a non-oily moisturizer, and finally, use the lightest amount of foundation you can on your face. It's

also fine to use a good hypoallergenic concealer if you need it under your makeup. Physicians' Formula makes several colors of concealer and if you read the back of the package, it tells you exactly what each color does. It comes in blue, green, yellow, and light, medium and dark skin tone colors and is good at helping to conceal any imperfections, red spots, or dark circles underneath your eyes.

Make sure you do not use too much drying scrub on your face

because when used two or three times a week is fine, but if  used every single day, it can actually cause your skin to flare up. For that I would recommend using one of the following scrubs: Neutrogena Clear Pore or their Scrub/Mask which can be used easily in the shower. That seems to help out our sixteen year old son a lot and he only has acne or pimples once in a while, but not all the time.

I hope this is of some help to you.  Best of luck!  ÃƒÂ¢Ã‚˜Âº

  3. 1) Cook oatmeal and apply on face for fifteen minutes and wash.

    2) Make a warm bath with blanch of nettle and rosemary.

    3) Apply equal amount of lemon juice and rose water with a cotton ball and wash it after haif an hour for 15 to 20 days.
