  1. prob a 9.5 degree Cleveland HiBore or something of that sort.

  2. 250-260 yards, that means you are turn your body fast enough to generate good power, that's also why you use stiff shaft.

I would recommend anything lower or equal to 9.5 degree in loft. Because anything higher, the ball will fly way too high with your strength, also shorten your distance at the same time. 9.5 or lower would give you a good combination of trajectory and distance.

Driver wise, TaylorMade Burner is the a really good choice, it's rated GOLD by Golf Digest Hot list 2008, and the cost is less than $300, compare to other drivers at around $400-$500.

I also agree with the last guy in Callaway hyper X. It's around the same price range with the similar technology and power.

    Hope this helps.

  3. it really depends on you and the swing...for me i use to play with a sasquatch sumo 9.5  and i drive around 305 but now i switched to a 10.5 and hit it a bit shorter buts that because my ball stays up longer and i am able to go over things alot easier cause the ball goes up easier...but like i said it really depends on u..if ur hitting an 8.5 and want it a little higher then go to a 9.5 or 9..as far as buying one ebay is a good place and also rockbottomgolf.com they sell brandnew driver for pretty cheap...but i am a nike guy but the new callway hyper x is pretty sweet..just look around and see and go stop by diff golf shops or proshops..

  4. If you are looking for a fair priced good quality driver, then I would recommend a Cleveland Driver. Even a used one!!! In terms of degree, If you are shaky on your accuracy, then I would recommend a 10.5-11, plus since your using a 15 year old driver, you will still gain a good amount of distance, and increase your accuracy. If you are already a pretty accurate driver, then I would go with a 9.5 degree, and you will gain a huge amount of distance, probably increase your accuracy, again because you are still hitting a 15 year old driver, so anything new or fairly new will be substantially better!!! I personally love my 9.5 Titleist 983 K, but since going to college I cant play as much, so Im thinking about buying a Cleveland 9.5 degree because Titleist drivers are less forgiving!!! I would also recommend going to your local Edwin  Watts or whatever golf shop you have, and try some demos out, to see which one you enjoy hitting the most. If you dont enjoy looking at it, then you wont enjoy hitting it either!!!
