boujoris(it dries in 1 second and comes in amazing colours!!) and rimmel are good... you should apply a clear varnish first then your colour.... that stops chiping for me anyways..... :)

i would say sally hansen works the best. if you don't want the nail polish to chip as easily your best bet is to put a clear, base coat on before and after applying the color.

OPI, Essie And Zoya are my favourite, and they are about $9 - 12. For very cheap try the Sephora Brand Nail Polish found at Sephora or at www.sephora.com. And for stuff and drugstores try Sally Hansen.
