What is the best makeup for a 15 yr old girl to wear who has light skin,brown eyes, and black hair?

okay so i just helped my friend with this same problem yesterday!

i told her that she shouldn't use that many colors for eye shadow.

your should go with browns..its a neutral look so it will go with everything you wear. if you do want to add some kind of color you should definitely try golds or bronzes..possibly blues or pinks(depending on your outfit)

for mascara- i use maybelline or the brand that doesn't taste on animals called e.l.f. its super good and stays on all day(you can by it at Kmart.)

for eyeliner- i dont use eyeliner all that much but when i do i just do it on the insides of my eyelids.

for foundation- just go out and by any that will match your skin tone. i use bare essentials because it makes me feel like i dont have a lot of junk on my face.

i think thats it :) i couldnt really find a picture but as long as you dont go over board with the make-up, you'll probably look beautiful!

I got a bunch of stuff of E.L.F.com its all small.. but for 1$$ its well worth it. I love there foundation and eye brush, blush brush not so much its thin and sheads alot. Love there lip balms, bronzing powder is way to shimmery, love the shimering facile whip as a eye base,concalers a little orangish.
