What is the best makeup remover ?

I don't have a baby anymore, she is 9 years old, but ..... I found that baby wipes were great for quick cleanups .... for spills on the floor, couch, and clothes ..... and also, great quick makeup removers, especially eye makeup ! I have never had a break-out or weird reaction. Have you ever found something like that which is "mulitpurpose" ?

I have found any skin cleanser is great for facial makeup remover (i.e. Noxema, Clean & Clear, etc.)  Mary Kay has an AWESOME oil-free eye makeup remover.  It retails for $14, however, you can usually find it on e-bay for less.

I like using vasaline, for my eye makeup just close my eyes rub some on and then wipe it off it works great. its also good for keeping my hands and feet really smooth and soft.
