What is the best marker to draw on people with?

What is the best kind of marker to draw on someone with, my friend likes to draw on me so as a prank im going to get her some markers that are noticable on skin, but easily washable off. any ideas? highlighers, markers, any kind!

I'd have to go with colored permanent as well, because they won't smear like other markers will.  However, they CAN be easily washed off.  A cottonball and rubbing alcohol will do the trick.

you know the brand crayola? use the washable kind. thats the easiest marker that will wash off the easiest that i know of! good luck w/ur prank! =D
