  1. an AK47 usually will do the trick

  2. ju jit su

  3. You had better be big and tough or really ,really strong for your size and one mean b*****d. No amount of Dojo training i going to save you, so either build your brute strength and size , while aslo packing a punch that will make all of them back off, or else bocome a freaking Martial arts phenom, otherwise stay safe and smart . nd just to put things in pespective I ma talking three guys here not fifteen running at you as you whoop each one. More like tow guys hold you while one beats you down and that would be enough. If you wnat to be a badass you have to paythe price and the price is blood sweat and tears and being a tough S.O.B. I am not tough and prefer to run. if I was protecting someone I love they had better be the tough S.O.B.'s cause that is all that counts. Protecting those you love. otherwise just play it safe . You know where you shouldn't be, and you knwo not to act like a tough guy around real tough guys.

  4. avoiding the fight

  5. Kajukenbo for multiples attackers (assuming this is a street scenario).

Kajukenbo is basically a mix of karate, judo, jujutsu, kenpo, kung fu and boxing. It's a mixed martial art that was created in Oahu, Hawaii in the 1940's by 5 martial artists of different styles who decided to combine their arts into one style. It's meant to be applied to real-world situations.

It's similar to Krav Maga, haha sorry for bringing KM up :)

  6. If you are really luking 4wd for an art, have a pen n a paper and make a comparison.

It should be simple to learn.

It should be easier 2 practice.

It should be highly lethal against bad guys.

I had some Teakwondo and Kyukushin experience. But I ended up joining Muay Thai classes. It is easy to learn and easy to practice because it includes simple kicks which can be used in fight. (Kung Fu has certain drmatically beautiful kicks but cant be utilized in fight). Muay Thai punches are purely like boxers. Your knees, your elbows, your head, your shins your feet, everything becomes a weapon by practicing simple moves which require perfection.

Most importantly, you have to be a fighter in the street not a snake, mentis or monkey hahahaha. You dont want to give much time 2 your opponents to attack or defend. If you kick by moving your body in a circular motion, your opponent can expect it coming his way. However, certain other standing kicks and elbow blows can cut his body to bleed.

Furthermore, Muay Thai fighters are very very hard 2 beat. I have seen many videos in which Teakwondo or Boxing players were smashed to all corners by Muay Thai fighters. So being a Muay Thai player, I would say  ITS D BEST!

Surely he is the best- but it still depends on the skill, not on the art

  10. In my personal experience, a lot of different styles of martial arts become useless outside of the dojo or gym, especially modern day (I don't mean to bash).  However, in terms of realistic self-defense, Judo is a very versatile and defensive art, and can prove extremely useful in dire situations.  Certain schools also incorporate teachings on how to effectively disarm attackers wielding weapons, such as knives or firearms.  Muy Thai, in my opinion, is a very good art to learn as well, if not for it's practicality, then for it's physical conditioning; it also adds a very offensive element to your arsenal.  Keep in mind that a lot of our societies' arts these days are now used as merely competitive arts, and because the sensei or si fu doesn't want his student to learn and go out and pick a fight (it's bad for the business rep), they won't teach you what you REALLY need to learn in order to win a fight in real life.  And your question proves a good point as well; most of the times out on the street, you won't be fighting fairly, even three on one would be too much to hope for.

Here's my advice on that: don't kill or maim, of course, but seek a CLEAN and SIMPLE attack and take down your first opponent in one shot.  SHOW that you know what you're doing, and that you can defend yourself, surprise your opponents and make them think twice about messing with you.  Humans are all the same, no matter how well-armed or experienced in fighting they are, they still retain the ability to feel fear.  Even if there is a group of them, if you show them you don't consider them a threat and exude confidence, they'll falter in resolve.  If anything, engage them one by one, even if that puts you on the run.  Use the terrain to your advantage, narrow alleys or hallways make numbers useless.

Hope that helps with your question, good luck!

  11. A long time ago a friend of mine who'd been wounded on three continents (that he admitted to) told me:

"Cripple the first one, kill the second one, and if they keep coming you're having a bad day".

Almost any real martial art is going to give you the tools to do this. Some will give you the mindset.

One or two of them might even help you get the ability to NOT BE THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

Which is really the best option.

  12. I would say Aikido or Tai Chi Chuan practiced as a martial art if you don't want to break your knuckles on a makiwara board or pebbles that is.  Any east asian style is good against groups because of the hand conditioning which turns your fists into natural brass knuckles.  Naturally if all blows land cleanly that can bring down several attackers at once.

If you don't want to get thrown into prison though, I'd go for Aikido.  Its the only martial art that won't get you into trouble regarding reasonable force laws.

    peace.
