  1. Jiu-jitsu or/and Wing Chun are most practical for real street self defence in my experience :)***

  2. American Kenpo, it is the most versatile. It hits vital spots you can't condition yourself to  withstand. It also has Judo in order to overcome larger opponents, boxing for good hand speed and evading attacks and low kicks to maximize the strength of your most powerful weapon. You don't want to play, get in get out move on.

  3. anything to get in shape

  4. Any.

Any kind of training will make you stronger.

  5. Tai Chi...

  6. Wing Chun Kunf Fu. This art was started by a Buddhist nun. It is designed for smaller framed people to be able to deal with larger opponents.

  7. All!

  8. ****** Frank the Tank...that guy always answers with an absolute perfect statement...always simple, factual, and to the point!  It is true about any martial art making you stronger because technique is far superior to strength...just look at the art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu...it allows you to use simple technique and leverage (not strength) to break an attacker's limb or choke them unconscious.  I know it's cliche to use this example but look at how Royce Gracie beat all bigger opponents in the first UFC tournaments...technique.  Just pick a style you find most interesting and that'll make you way stronger...if you like speedy kicks, go with taekwondo...if you like breaking people's joints, go with BJJ...if you like punching poeple in the face, go with boxing...etc

  9. Ju Jitsu. It was invented by small weak people to beat bigger stronger opponents. It's the best martial arts for smaller people.

  10. Weightlifting!
