I am choosing between Business Psychology, Industrial Organizational Psychology, and School Psychology.....which is more in demand?? Which will be more profitable???

Go to apa.org.....info on salaries, and accredited graduate programs.  I/O psychologists are the highest paid...in demand.  School psychologists will always be around, but are the first to be cut when budgets are.  Business psychology?  That a new one...usually a part of I/O.  Make sure the program you are looking at is accredited.  (retired IBM exec mgr/ psychologist/ college professor)
