What is the best material to use for coping on a funbox?

I need the angled kind, not the round kind for a halfpipe. I dont know what kind of metal will slide well, but still stay strong.

I would imagine something along the lines of stainless steel (which won't rust, and is quite strong) would work great.  Might be a bit pricey though.
