Have you ever tried pore strips? My sister goes to get a facial from time to time for hers. They get them all out by hand so you know they are out.

I have some of that, I've learned that creams and face masks dont do anything. - what does is getting out a mirror and my two hands and going to town on my face!  

I squeeze out those nasty blackheads. that is the only way and best way I've found to get those suckers outtaa there

Epsom salt, Iodine, and warm water (mixed).

Dip a cotton ball in it and then hold it on your nose for a min.

I have sensitive skin too so I wash with a basic Dove saop bar and then use witch hazel to get deep into my pores and clear out all the bad stuff.  Also, steam your face under a hot wash cloth before you was so that you're pores open up and you can wash them out better.
