  1. Cut down on the refer

  3. Calming stuff helps. Take a walk and listen to music, do yoga, or just sip some chamomile tea. Remind yourself that whatever it is is no big deal. Breathing exercises might also help.

  4. I have major paranoia and... still... no luck...

    It sucks coz you try to convince yourself your making a big deal... but it never seems to work... and then never-ending circle starts...  

  5. Maintain a good relationship with people by supporting them when they need it and they will support you when you most need it.  Socialise a lot and ask your friends and family questions that will help you gain a reality check on what is happening around you.

    Questions like:

    - Who were they talking about just now?

    - Is he interested in someone do you know?

    - How did I come across just now?

    - Are you feeling ok?
