What is the best method to get from Fredericksburg to BWI?

I am flying out of BWI and don't want to leave my car there since I will be returning to a different airport. I'm looking for an inexpensive way to get to there.

I  take 95 to the BW parkway, it takes a while but I don't know of any other way. You may be better off renting a car in The Burg and dropping it off at the airport and vice versa.
