  1. I used Autotrader with successful results. Please note that depending on the car you are selling, you may or may not have success selling it.

  2. You can use craigslist, autotrader, cars.com, but ultimately, it depends on the vehicle your selling because that determines if there is alot of interest for it.

Earlier this year, i tried to sell a 1991 Mustang GT, i had it on  craigslist, autotrader, cars.com, and i decided to keep it because no one was offering a good price

But I did sell a 1966 Ford Mustang, I placed the ad on Friday night on craigslist and by the next day Saturday afternoon it SOLD.

So, if alot of people want wranglers, then it should not be too long before you sell it.

  3. All depends on miles ,and condition. Would you buy a car with over a 100k . No matter what the person tells you in the back of your mind it still haves over 100k miles. Thats the problem with high mile cars. Your car is always worth more to you than it is to someone else. Best bet would be to check out autotrader.com or cars.com or even craigslist.com post on there.Your extras might build some value but if the miles and conditions do not match the extras will not matter

  4. Sounds like you've got an uphill battle on your hands. Your biggest obsticle is two-fold:

The type of car you're selling

    The age of the car

SUV's and their relatives are going the way of the dinosaur. Gas prices have taught a lot of people the true meaning of fuel economy. Jeeps and other SUV's do not do well on gas mileage.

Your car is 15 years old. No matter how much you add on to it-it is still going to be 15 years old.

Your best bet is to run sales adds in the local paper or place an add in a car sales magazine if it's in really decent shape.

The other option - if you really have to dump this car, cut the price to where it will sell, cut your losses and never buy another Jeep again!

    Good luck!

  5. Autotrader.com (Sold two cars within a week!)

Craigslist.com - Free to list as many times as you want. My brother flips cars and is cheap so this is the site he uses all the time.
