What is the best morning traffic window...from San Gabriel Valley to West Los Angeles, w/ 10 West all the way?

I was wondering when would be the best time for me to leave San Gabriel Valley, going on the 10 West to West Los Angeles area in the morning. I have to be at work at either 8 or 9am. Please give me any suggestions or tips! Anything is appreciated.

You're kidding.  There is abolutely no low traffic time betwenn 6am and 11am on the 10 freeway.  When I worked in Santa Monica I got my hours changed to 6am to avoid the main traffic.  I left at 5:15am to beat the traffic and got to leave at 2:30pm.  If I took the normal shift and left at 4:30pm it took hours to get home.
