What is the best most pro result absolutely free video editing software for windows?

I want to make some great video edits and make a final piece but can not buy the pro software so are there any absolutely free working software for pro video quality editing? It's a hobby so I can't spend anything but time!

You could try Jahshaka or ZS4.  I'm not a fan of either of them, but if you've got the time to learn how to use them properly.....
