I think whatever you buy with that little an amount of money is going to have you paying for some time to come.  You would be better off saving a bit more so as you don't buy a piece of junk that needs heaps doing to it.

$700 is not much..You might find a used yz or cr80 on craigs list..Check that out...Not much money but hay" ya got to start somewhere...
