What is the best moveset for my gyarados?

At the moment it has got dragon dance and i dont know what else cause its Sp.Att is so low

this is what i use for my level 100 gyrados and he is very hard to beat even with a legendary

waterfall

earthquake

ice fang

fascade

aqua tail is best cos it has a very high attack, but low sp. att. not every water move is special! if you can't do aqua tail, waterfall is also physical. ice fang is better than blizzard or ice beam here. keep dragon dance.

earthquake (against pesky electrics)

dragon dance (awesome to use if the opponent is asleep or paralyzed - makes gyarados virtually impossible to beat after 4 uses of it)

aqua tail

ice fang

(if you want, you could replace ice fang with return, making use of its massive attack power too)
