  1. in in UK and take pregnacare

  2. I live in australia and am taking elevit it has everything you and bubs need from folic acid to vitamins to minerals congrats.

    http://www.elevit.com.au/

  3. Honestly? The only vitamin I could handle was the gummy kids multivitamins. They are just as good as the adult ones.

Make sure you eat 3 servings of milk or any calcium rich food a day.

  4. I took elivit, everyone raved about it and its also the most expensive, which in a werid way makes us mums think its the best for our bubs lol

But blackmores has a good reputation also.

Id have a talk with your gp they have a pretty good idea on whats the best for you.

    Good luck

  5. I use Blackmores pregnancy and breastfeeding but my Dr said that I needed a little bit of extra folate so I take that as well.

  6. Black mores pregnancy and breastfeeding are good you can take any as long as they have folate in them

  7. Ask you doctor for samples. He should give you several to try. with some women certain kinds can make you sick. That way you can pick one that fits you best.

  8. I take Nature's Own Pregnancy vitamin. that or theres also MultPreg which is also good.

  9. ask your dr. they have a list of vitamins just for pregnant women that have exactly what the baby and you need. There are many out there.
