If your in Asian Countries, its SANWA. We use Fluke @ National Semiconductor and US based production lines..

Still prefer to use my Sanwa at home...And 90% of our electronics are made in Japan, China, Korea, Thailand...so consider asian brands of troubleshooting instruments, they are user friendly and cheaper. Its like "Whats the best brand calculator?" well, international students prefer to use casio they don't like texas instruments.

1. Sanwa (Japan is more advance than US in electronics)

I've been usinag my Fluke multimeter for about 20 years or more.  It has always worked great.  I replace the battery about once every 5 years, whether it needs it or not...
