What is the best new york style deli in the Hillcrest/North Park/Kensington area of San Diego?

Looking for a place to get a good quality sandwich. Ex New Yorkers I know you're out there and I know you know the answer.

D-Z Akens is the only one that I know of in San diego that like a new york deli..I don't think you want to go to Pala in North County but there deli is very good too.
