Hi I'm matt shaw, What is your favourite New Zealand Super 14 team. because I live in canterbury Mines CRUSADERS.

I'm a Blues fan but support all NZ S14 teams against Oz and S.A. teams.

I  live in Auckland Matt and it's obvious who I will chose. This year's Ranfurly Shield holders and NPC champions the Auckland Blues. Then the Hurricanes.

No doubt about it bro, Crusaders are the best. I started following the crusaders ever since they signed Marika Vunibaka (Fijian Winger)  in 2000 and although they have released him... my heart still lies with them.

I'm from SA and the 'Saders are definitely the one we fear the most... they're a test quality side with Big Match Temperament in buckets. But with Robbie Deans heading off to greener pastures next year, I wonder if it will affect the team? I think the field could open up over the next year or two giving an opportunity to the Blues to come back to the top.

As most players seem to be heading North..looking for real competition and money..my assumption is New Zealand club rugby isn't currently of any sort of standard - that would even challenge the mighty ospreys...

BLUES. No doubt that Blues will be the best amongst other Super 14 franchises next year cuz Auckland and Hawkes' Bay had a brilliant Air New Zealand Cup season this year. And also Blues have young potential talents like Stanley and Toeava. Crusaders are good although McCaw and Carter aren't showing their form. Chiefs will lack in foward packs, Highlanders haven't played much together. So Crusaders or Hurricanes would be second best after Blues

Hi Matt,

If your asking what team is the best I would say the Crusaders definately. Just looking at their track record and the largest proportion of All Black selection  comes from the Crusaders for sure.

Many people say that the Crusaders would have been able to win the world cup which i would agree with.

But if your asking about favourites I would say the Blues just because im from Auckland. But I support all the New Zealand teams: I would rather see the Blues lose to another NZ team if it means the maximum number of NZ teams are in the semis
