What is the best night spot in Ipoh that you can relax and have dinner/supper at the same time?

Pasar Malam: Tuesday at Ipoh Garden behind a row of restaurants and bars. If Wednesday night, head to football stadium and the pasar malam is just outside the footie stadium. Sunday night, it is in Gunung Rapat but this place is a residential area and not many restaurants, no night life absolutely.

If price is not an issue, I recommend trying Indulgence cafe. It is just 2 buildings away from Ipoh Specialist Centre hospital. They open only Mondays to Thursdays though, until about 11p.m.

Many bars and small restaurants (Korean food, German food, Western and even Chinese) behind Kinta City shopping mall in Ipoh Garden residential area. The bars and pubs are packed on Sat and Fri nites.

Next best stretch of bars/restaurants is Greentown, right next to Syuen Hotel. There are a number of pubs and Western food eateries there, I recommend Maria's for Western food. Never drank at the pubs there though. Opposite Syuen Hotel is Ipoh Parade shopping centre, if you really need something from Supermarket there is a Cold Storage here.
