What is the best noise reducing headphone or ear muff available? I need some quiet!?

The woman beside me at work is driving me crazy. She talks on her cell phone all day and is loud. Everything she does is loud, from talking to chewing to the setting on her phone ringer. I bought ear plugs at the drugstore, but I can still hear everything she says! My computer doesn't have a sound hook up, so I can't get headphones that have to be plugged in to something. Please help!

Ask her to be quieter and when that doesn't work, ask your boss for a new desk

do you have a usb slot? If so, get a bluetooth transceiver and some bluetooth noise reducing headphones. I'll look some up for you that are inexpensive. The two links below are for bluetooth adapter and headphones..the headphones aren't that inexpensive but received some rave reviews.
