  1. A semi or fully sythnthetic engine oil 10w/40 would be the best bet, and seems to be what Honda recommend for most of their 4 stroke bikes, check it says Jaso rating MA on the bottle (can), this means it has not had friction reducers added (mainly for car emmission tests), and hence will not cause clutch slip.
