I was going to go to university of phoenix and changed my mind at last minute, I guess i will have to just go to school(community college)

A lot of Universities do offer online programs, so it's hard to tell which one is the best. What you can do is get the Princeton review and find if the best ones offer an online degree.

PS: University of Phoenix is the worst

well im getting my masters online with George Washington University which i consider a good school i was very surprised they offered this type of online program.
