What is the best online poker site to deposit money on?

I usually play fulltilt...but i have been starting to think thier flops are a lil rediculous sometimes wit bad beats n such..what is a better site with good payout and players?

I'd play at Pokerstars. I think most software has stuff like that happen, but I'm pretty comfortable there.
