What is the best overnight parking near Faneuil Hall?

Staying at the Millennium Bostonian with the wife on Friday night. It's across the street from Faneuil. They have overnight parking at the hotel for $40/night. Can I do better than that anywhere in the area? Figure 3pm Friday to noon on Saturday.

You might want to consider the parking underground of Boston Common.  It's a lot of cheaper but I would not say that it's close to Faneuil Hall but it's not far either.  I used to walk from Faneuil Hall to Boston Common all the time.

The big Government Center garage (a concrete building) is one long block away, at Congress and New Chardon Streets.  Diagonally across Congress Street from the Government Center Garage is a smaller public garage (a brick building), located over the Congress Street access to Haymarket subway station.  Both are government owned and should be considerably cheaper., and both are MUCH closer than the Boston Common Garage (in fact there are many other public garages closer than the Common Garage;
