What is the best p2p/filesharing program that I can use on a college campus without getting caught?

Stellar, sorry to tell you but there is none. P2P programs use a lot of bandwidth and all this communication has to go through the campus servers which in turn will show the heavy usage to this particular computer, the one you are using. So for now forget about this.

BTW, have you heard about darknets? Google it!

If you get limewire pro, it should be fine. My campus dosn't allow limewire but pro was allowed. try it out.
