I'm not asking the name of the best water we drink but I'm asking for the pH number itself. Thanks! God bless you and take care!

  1. well, pH 7 being neutral water, that would be the best if your body needs to wash out substances and neutralize reactions, but pH 7 water is completely tasteless

  2. 7 Neutral.

But, your body has a natural buffer system that can handle small amounts of basic or acidic solutions. Any relatively clean water is healthy for you.

But I suppose the accepted best PH is 7.

  3. You don't want your drinking water to be too acidic or alkaline.  Go for neutral - a pH of 7.

  4. It doesn't really matter all that much, as long as the concentration of acid or alkali is not too high.  After all, it is going to mix with the acid in your stomach, which is roughly (if I remember correctly) about 0.1M.

Thank you for your good wishes.  I will indeed take care, but do not believe in supernatural protection.

  5. pH 7 water tastes like cardboard.  Most bottled water brands have a pH slightly lower or higher.
