What is the best paid place to work security in Philadelphia or Pennsylvania?

Im trying to move to pennsylvania around the philadelphia area and i got some experience in security can anyone help. Also my experience is in nightclub security, would this be considered as real experience to an actual security company. Head of security in nightclub by the way.

If you can pass the security check, try security at a casino in Philadelphia.

Without doubt, the best paid jobs in security are as personal bodyguards.  Those jobs are hard to get, and if there is any blot on your record, it would be ten times harder.  But if you have a good, clean record, you can get paid very well:  $60,000 and more is not uncommon.  

There are not a lot of those jobs, but your experience as head of security (managing other employees) probably gives you an advantage, at least if it is with a reasonably classy club.  (If you were really just a bouncer at a dirt bar, it may not mean much.)  

If you have any experience working with children (not necessarily in security), that would be even better.  Many of these jobs are with wealthy families.  So, if you ever led a scout troop, a Sunday School class, or did any volunteer work of that kind, that's also an advantage.  Even if you can't point to much specific experience, did you have to deal with, say, underage customers at the night club?  If you can say that you were able to handle them firmly but with sensitivity, that would be a plus.

If you can't get one of those jobs, see if you can land something in store security.  High end stores, with big theft problems, can pay decent wages.
