Hello,

I would go with the Flak Jackets.  They are very light weight and comfortable...I don't even know that I have them on.  Yet they keep the sun, wind, rain and bugs from being an issue on those long runs.  You can change out the lens...I personally like the fire iridium.  Check out the link below for some good running sunglasses.  Good luck!

Probably Flak Jackets as they are lightweight and semi-rimless, so don't block your view.
