What is the best paying easy to aquire skill/job in the US now, and how can i get training for it?

I want to do the necessary training for the job, n idont want one that will take longer than 2 years

the most in demand professions right now are medical specialists, i.e. nursing, physical therapy, sports rehab.  the medical industry is the only one staying strong in our current economy, and most positions only require a 2 year degree, which fits within your specifications.  Hope this helps.
