What is the best performance enhancer for a Joyner Sand Rail?

It is an 800cc, 3 cylinder carbureted engine. It is a 2006 mini sand viper model and I am looking at getting a supercharger or turbo? Any help on which one to get or for any other enhanvers that can help. I want to squeeze out any horsepower that I can. Thanks
